Digital Gift Cards are delivered by email digitally within a few minutes of purchase and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.

Digital Gift Cards are not physical products and will not be shipped to you. Instead, an email containing a 16-digit gift card number will be emailed to you.

Tips for redeeming your gift card online:

  • Did you purchase a Digital Gift Card but haven't received it in an email yet? On rare occasions, the email containing your gift card code will accidentally be delivered to your junk mail folder. Check your junk mail first, and if you still haven't received an email containing the gift card code within 30 minutes, please email us at
  • On some digital displays, the full gift card number may not fully display. When copying your gift card number to use at checkout, double-check you've copied all 16 digits of the card number.
  • Digital Gift Cards do not apply to promotions or sales. If you happen to purchase a Digital Gift Card during a sitewide sale, the dollar amount issued to your card will be the same dollar amount you paid for it.


If you would like to pick up your order at our brick and mortar location in Bemidji, MN, you may select the "In-Store Pickup" delivery option in checkout (instead of entering a shipping option and address). If you select this option you will not be charged for shipping. Your order will be ready for pickup when you receive a confirmation pickup email (usually within 24 hours). Most orders will be available next day if placed by noon on Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after Noon on Friday will be available the following Monday by Noon. Please wait for your pickup confirmation email.

    Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method. After 30 days but before 45 days, items may qualify for store credit for the purchase amount. *Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.  All return items must meet the following requirements.  1.  Must present original receipt.  2.  Must be in new condition.  3.  Must have original tags attached.  Items that have been washed or laundered cannot be returned.

    Return Policy: 

    For approved products, we will exchange or refund original payment methods within 30 days of purchase.

    • For approved products purchased within 30 - 45 days, we will offer exchanges (if equivalent items are still available) or issue store credit. 
    • After 45 days your return request will be handled on a case by case basis by our Customer Service Team. These orders may not be able to be returned.

    The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for standard refunds and exchanges. (Return Shipping fees are not refunded.) We will cover all shipping costs to send exchanges back to you! (If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we will cover return shipping by emailing you a pre-paid return label and then replace the item promptly.)

    Please be aware, we often have limited quantities of styles and sizes. We can not guarantee we will have the specific size or style you may need for an exchange. Our inventory moves quickly, but we will do whatever we can to exchange a size or restock an item you simply can’t live without!

    • Email us at to request a return authorization. Please include: NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED, and REASON FOR RETURN.
    • All clothing and shoes must be returned unsoiled (no makeup residue), undamaged, unworn and original tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box. We simply cannot honor any refunds if these standards are not met. 
    • All returns must be received by our returns department within 30 days of your purchase.
    • All ACCESSORIES,  JEWELRY,  and "CLEARANCE" items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
    • Shipping fees are not refunded. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. 
    • We reserve the right to deny full or partial refunds for items sent back that do not meet these standards.
    • All refunds will be processed 7-10 days after receiving and inspecting return.
